Temp bar at the Fish Factory.

Lessons learned:

  1. We're actually pretty good at this now... Fish Factory posed a whole new set of install challenges but we improvised and with a bit of drill and saw and ended up with a killer bar.
  2. If I had brought a big box of pasties and a microwave I'd be rich rich rich.
  3. Sometimes mistakes are good. JB didn't know what price to sell the small-batch mulled cider for... so guessed £3.50 for a half. It's essentially Thatchers Gold which we were selling alongside for £3.00 a pint. Top boy. (We settled on £2.00/half in the end).
